An initial evaluation session lasts up to 90 minutes in which I perform a detailed history.  From this, I hope to be able to provide immediate diagnostic impressions and even suggest a treatment plan. Sometimes a follow-up session for the latter is needed in order to speak with other providers, a crucial part of treatment.
